Q: How do i order custom address labels?
A: You can order your custom address labels by browising our irl address label binder located in the Minot AFB BX (digital library will be available soon!) and then either scanning the QR code located at the front of the binder to fill out an order form or by messaging me on Facebook!
Q: How do i go about custom ordering my own logo stickers with you?
A: You can visit me at my shop located in Minot AFB's BX or submit an inquiry via the CONTACT tab on this page. However MooMoo can only accept a limited amount of custom orders regarding logo design at a time in order to provide the best service.
Q: How long does shipping typically take?
A: Any product that fits in an envelope will be mailed via USPS stamped letter and tracking will not be guaranteed in order to keep shipping costs low and affordable. This may take 7 to 14 business days (longer during holiday seasons). Products are mailed out as soon as they can be, larger items will be mailed in a bubble mailer and tracking info will be provided!
Q: What do i do if my address on my address labels is incorrect?
A: OH NO! If there is an error in your order please reach out as soon as possible via the CONTACT tab or within instagram DMs if easier! Please be sure to include your order information and an image of the product!
